  • Choose how many times you want to train per week and for how long each time.
  • Complete the 8-week Training Cycle that we will propose to you.
  • Carry out a new Strength Assessment Session, allowing yourself to be surprised by the progress achieved in each of the 6 exercises.
  • Enter the results obtained in the Assessment Session (number of repetitions achieved with the weight you used) in the APP.
  • Start a new 8-week cycle, choosing how many times you want to train per week and for how long each time.
